I want to see the IPad not watch it!!

On the IPad website there is a video/trailer/movie/media thing, which presents the IPad in all its high technological glory. I’m not a big fan of videos about things I don’t have, I hate them, I feel like they’re mocking me and yes I really should grow up.  I have watched trailers for computer games and wonder should I go out start shooting things to see if it’s any good in real life. I watched movie trailers and wondered should I go on some adventure being chased by bad guys with patches on their eyes while driving a flash sports car. Now I wonder whether the IPad video will get me wondering or not.

The beginning of the IPad video reminds me of something I heard when I was training to be an actor, a director once said, don’t tell me show me. In this case we have various apple people in nice clothes saying that the IPad will be innovative and cool, while all I get to see of the IPad is it spinning and even then that got me clawing at the screen. They also say it will change the things we do every day, you mean I don’t have to go to work on a train or bus anymore? They then begin the good stuff describing the IPad itself.

The first thing the vice-president of design mentions is that there will be no pointing device, NO POINTY THING! Is that legal, how am I supposed to do anything on it then, telepathy?  As a man I love having things to use and play with (no laughing please). The video begins describing the apps and I literally want to start to drool but that would go onto my keyboard and wouldn’t be much fun. The descriptions are not vivid but then again it is a video so he doesn’t need to be avid, seeing a faceless model playing around with the interface is great and really makes me want to be the faceless model in the IPad video. The apps are shown one by one Ibooks, movies, news, the internet like an endless stream of stuff that I’ll love to play around with when it comes out.

A man comes onto the screen and begins describing the technical side of the IPad and saying lots of words that are not very long but I barely understand my DVD player and I am not going to start learning new words like IPS or SDK until I have too. The descriptions eventually got me to thinking this man knows what he’s talking about. His descriptions of what the IPad does are both vivid and very well supported by more faceless models playing around with the IPad and watching a dog watching a surfboard? Faceless models please get a life!

Eventually they get to the really important stuff, price. If I can’t afford I am not buying it unless I remortgage my home or rob a bank. Apparently it will be affordable and for that I am grateful and so is my bank manager. The video is a good thing to watch if you want to know about the IPad and yes I have broken my computer screen because of it.

I want an IPad that is this big please

Some things I have bought I have bought on a whim or the spur of the moment if you want the technical term. I bought Oliver Twist because I thought I would eventually want to read it but that plan is still pending 2 years later. I bought an inflatable hammer and now instead of hammering and making me seem funny it simply sits there deflated and useless. I’ve learned my lesson, if I buy anything I must first look at it in a civilised and concise way, so I am going to pick apart this new fangled invention known as an IPad and noone will be able to stop me (insert maniacal laugh here).

The first thing about the IPad is that it is 9.56 inches in height and 7.47 inches in width with a depth of 0.5 inches. Now you have an idea of how big it is I can continue. The screen is a 9.7 inch diagonal LED multi-touch screen with a backlight and IPS technology. Its resolution is 1024-by-768 at 132 pixels per inch. It has a finger print resistant coating (thieves beware) and has support for multiple languages. That means in simple English the graphics look very good, I think unless I misinterpreted it, the pictures look good so I am assuming that it means it is good.

It has full Wi-Fi capabilities so you can interface with the internet on the move something that everyone except my dog can do these days and has Bluetooth technology installed so you can interface with other technological gadgets.  The memory of the seemingly small IPad is large it can go up to 64GB or gigabytes if you want the unabbreviated term which is a lot, I think. It also has a 1 GHz processor installed inside to keep things moving swiftly, that’s big considering I thought it was meant to be a phone, silly me.

If you like your videos and sound and things that make sounds like videos and sound then the IPad has something that plays them. Various audio formats are supported including WAV and ACC and something called MP3. The video support is also very impressive with the capability to play things like an MP4 at 30 frames per second, I have no idea what that means but the videos look good on their website.

If you speak a language other than English, first I have to ask WHY and if you’re from another country sorry I’m from the MTV generation, the IPad has you covered though with support for French, German, Japanese, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, simplified Chinese, Russian and English. The English part is very important for me as I barely understand it but it’s all I have.

The battery inside the IPad is a big beast, fully charged it can support up to ten hours of surfing the internet blindly looking for a video that you were told about and now want to see, not that I’ve ever done before. You can also watch for videos for ten hours something that we all have done at some point in our technological lives. The IPad is a nice little box with some nice specs but I don’t understand a word of them.

Want A New Ipad? You Can Get One For Free!

Apple is launching the new iPad and the buzz has been incredible.  Everyone is very excited about this new product and the desire to be one of the first to own it is tremendous.  Imagine how great it would feel to not only be one of the first to have one, but to obtain it completely free!

Major companies often look to the consumers to test out their new products.  They need feedback and actual tests completed by the average users, not just the labs and technology specialists.  This is where you come in!

Apple is looking for people just like you to test the new iPad and to give them feedback.  As a thank you for this service they allow you to keep the iPad forever without having to pay a dime. It is a win-win situation!

Beware of sites that claim to have free iPads available and then suddenly start asking for upfront money.  Actual companies that require consumer testing, never ask you for money in return.  This is a great way to determine if the site you are using is legitimate or a scam.

Testers are only needed for a short time, usually just during the initial launch.  Time is running out!  If you want your free iPad and are ready to give some needed feedback to Apple, you must act quickly!  This is a great way to be a part of advancing technology and have input on future updates as well.  Don’t miss out!

Update

I have done a bit of research for you. I found this new iPad offer. Test the ipad before anybody else does.

The Secret To Getting A Free Apple Ipad Your Friends Don’t Want You To Know

If you want a handheld device that will let you watch movies, play games and surf the internet then you need to get today’s hottest gadget; the Apple iPad. But what if you can’t afford the $500 price tag? The answer is, why not get a free iPad instead?

Many people are suspicious of freebies these days as they’ve been conditioned to think that there is some sort of catch involved. But the truth is that when a company releases a new product they need people to test it out and give them their opinions. The best companies market their products by creating a buzz, and one of the best ways to do this is to give people like you a free product to road test for them.

Apple could spend thousands of dollars on advertising the product, or they could just give you a free copy and let you do the advertising for them. If you love the product (and admit it, what’s not to love?) then you’ll tell your friends about it, you might even talk about it on Facebook or write a post about it on your blog. The truth is that word of mouth marketing is so much more powerful than any TV or magazine advertising, so you’re doing Apple a favour.

By giving away a number of the products for free to people like you companies like Apple can have their products tested by members of the public without having to pay for research. It’s really quite clever if you think about it. You feel privileged to get something for nothing and the company benefits from the exchange too.

What’s more every time they give away a product as amazing as the iPad they actually gain a new lifetime customer. Trust me, once you have one Apple product you’ll never go back to the pale imitations. I started my relationship with Apple by buying an iMac, then I just had to have an iPhone and now I dream about iPads. So you get a free product and Apple get’s free advertising and you as a customer for life. Everyone wins.

Of course the downside is that these free products are only available at the time of launch, which is why you need to jump onboard quickly before all of the review copies of the product have been snapped up. There are a number of websites online offering free iPads for testing so you need to make sure that you only sign up at the legitimate sites. If you are asked for money in exchange for your free iPad then walk away as it’s most likely a scam.

There’s a new buzz in town. A product so hot it has become an overnight sensation. Long before its release, people are queuing in their minds to get their own piece. The technology market can’t wait to get their hands on this new gadget.

Click here to get an Apple ipad before they run out.

Blogs, You Tube videos, product reviews, articles, and forums are rich with comments, feedback, and insights about this tablet computer also viewed as a super sized iPhone with its 9.7-inch screen. Apple fans have mixed emotions of love and hate for this newest addition to the Apple portfolio. However, I would be quick to say that people who exclaim, “I want it now!” outnumber those whose expectations were not met.

So, what is this latest craze? Welcome the Apple iPad.

Luckily for you who are probably salivating (in a good way) for an iPad, you don’t have to wait for another month when it goes on sale. You can be an iPad tester now and forego the crazy lines come its release date. More importantly, forget about spending your cash. You can get a free iPad just for being an iPad tester.

Some companies are giving out free iPads as promotional items or prizes. But come on, your odds of winning against millions of other participants is not so good. You would have to rely on pure luck. Testing the iPad on the other hand, would give you a much better chance. True, you have to exert more effort like providing feedback, making sure the applications work correctly on all of Apple devices, and even thinking of suggestions for improvement for the product and its marketing. That’s the work of a product tester.

Think of the end game though and that would be motivation enough. You don’t need to burn a hole in your pocket just to have your own tablet computer. Plus, you get to use an iPad before the rest of the world.

Think about it. This is your chance to get an iPad for the cost of not a single penny. Moreover, the fun of testing such an anticipated product is priceless.

I have done a bit of research for you. I found this new ipad offer. Test the ipad before anybody else does.
